Unbelievably Souness said today he would be happy to come back as the new manager. Is he having a laugh?!
Hilariously, he criticised Fat Fred for not standing by him and helping him enough. Commenting on Shepherd he stated that he was not the kind of bloke you wanted next to you in the trenches.
Well, he is probably right...he is not.
However, I strongly suspect he is exactly the size and kind of bloke you want absolutely right in front of you should you need to go over the top...boom boom!!!
